Ces différentes voix ne sont pas à égalité et certaines voix dominent largement ce concert. Ainsi, si le CECR est largement présenté comme étant au service de l’évaluation, il a en fait essentiellement contribué à la domination de la certification et de l’évaluation par standards. Cet article s’attachera notamment à proposer quelques pistes d’interprétation de ce constat, en articulant des dimensions didactiques, sociopolitiques et épistémologiques. The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) has been very influential since it was published, most of all in the field of assessment. It is often presented as a tool for transparency and coherence, but it has also led to domination of certification and standard Assessment. This article proposes some interpretations of that observation. Der Gemeinsame europäische Referenzrahmen für Sprachen (GER) wird oft als ein Hilfsmittel für transparente und angeglichene Beurteilungen dargestellt. Doch hat er seit seinem Erscheinen zu einem hegemonischen Gebrauch von Zertifizierungen und standardisierten Erhebungen zum Lernniveau beigetragen.
