https://www.ouvroir.fr/cpe/index.php?id=984 Index terms fr 0 https://www.ouvroir.fr/cpe/index.php?id=971 Dans cet article nous présentons les objectifs, la méthodologie ainsi que quelques résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet ANR/DFG « FLARS — Frontière linguistique au Rhin supérieur », dans lequel il s’agissait d’explorer l’émergence d’une nouvelle limite « linguistique », superposée à la frontière étatique, au sein de l’espace dialectal alémanique. Le travail a porté à la fois sur la production linguistique des locuteurs dialectophones de cet espace ainsi que sur leurs représentations sociolinguistiques de cet espace, des variétés linguistiques qui y sont parlées ainsi que de la frontière qui sépare l’Alsace du Pays de Bade. Les premiers résultats montrent effectivement que sur le plan linguistique, les phénomènes de divergence prennent le pas sur les phénomènes de convergence, en raison de la pression des standards nationaux sur les variétés d’alémanique parlées des deux côtés du Rhin. Sur le plan représentationnel, les phénomènes de distanciation et les marques d’altérité semblent également l’emporter sur le sentiment d’appartenance à un espace linguistique commun. This contribution presents the approach, methodological issues, as well as some first results of the Franco-German basic research project « Effects of the national border on the linguistic situation in the Upper Rhine area (FLARS) », that was financially supported by the ANR and the DFG. The project investigates the emergence and the nature of this linguistic border and its interdependence with the political border. On both sides of the Rhine, about 300 informants were asked about the way they speak their Alemannic dialect and about what they think about it, about the people speaking it and about the border region they are living in. A first analysis shows that dialectal features are better preserved on the Alsatian side than of the Baden side. The analysis of the dialect speakers’ sociolinguistic representations reveals that the dialectal/linguistic proximity is not a sufficient condition for evoking a “transnational language” in this region, as other aspects of their lives, lifestyles and identities are considered as different. In diesem Beitrag werden der Forschungsrahmen sowie einige Ergebnisse des von der DFG und der ANR ko-finanzierten Kooperationsprojekts « Auswirkungen der Staatsgrenze auf die Sprachsituation im Oberrheingebiet (FLARS) » vorgestellt. Im Projekt wird untersucht, ob und wie eine „sprachliche“ Grenze entsteht und wie sie mit der politischen Grenze zusammenhängt. Anhand der Varietäten des Alemannischen dies- und jenseits der Grenze wird geprüft, ob sich das historische Dialektkontinuum aufgelöst hat; ebenso werden die grenzbezogenen sprachlichen Ideologien, die Einstellungen zu den beteiligten Sprachformen (représentations sociolinguistiques) und die diesbezüglichen Vorstellungen analysiert. Il décrit et analyse la conception d’un dispositif de formation continue visant à préparer les enseignants et enseignants-chercheurs de cette université à enseigner leur discipline en langue étrangère du point de vue des praticiennes-chercheuses impliquées. À travers l’analyse des représentations des enseignants ayant participé à une session de formation, nous proposerons des pistes de réflexion quant au rôle de la diversité linguistique dans le cadre de l’internationalisation de l’enseignement supérieur. This article defines the notion of internationalization in higher education and discusses the need for a multilingual internationalization strategy in the University of Strasbourg. It presents and analyzes the design of a training program aimed at preparing teachers at this university to teach their subject in a foreign language from the point of view of the practitioner-researchers involved. Through the analysis of the representations of the teachers who participated in a training session, we will reflect upon the role of linguistic diversity in the context of the internationalization of higher education. Der vorliegende Beitrag erläutert das Konzept der Internationalisierung im Hochschulkontext und befasst sich mit der Internationalisierung von Studienprogrammen der Universität Straßburg, hinterfragt ihre Notwendigkeit in Hinblick auf Mehrsprachigkeit. Aus dem Blickwinkel der beteiligten Forscherinnen wird die Konzeption einer Lehrendenfortbildung mit dem Ziel, die Dozent_innen der Universität Straßburg auf den Fachunterricht in der Fremdsprache vorzubereiten, dargestellt und analysiert.
